Bookings and Cancellations

Consultations and care services can be booked through our website or by phone. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

Payment

Payments are due at the time of service or as agreed in your care plan. We accept major credit cards and bank transfers. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Client Safety

We prioritize the safety and well-being of our clients. You must inform us of any medical conditions or special requirements. We are not liable for injuries caused by undisclosed conditions.

Limitation of Liability

SilverCare Haven is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage arising from our services, except where caused by our gross negligence.
